Luxury Live Auction! Bidding to start from $1,100,000! Submit offers in advance to cancel auction. ALL SHOWINGS ARE OPEN HOUSE ONLY. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has a cottage feel on a private 11,586 s.f. lot. Move in and enjoy, or add-on. Investors may be interested in building a large home in this prestigious location. A second smaller home was removed at the back of the lot leaving the utilities (including the water and sewer lines) for a future guest house or ADU. The possibilities are endless. See the site and floor plans in photos. Completely hidden from the street, this home is protected by an electronic gate leading to a newer concrete driveway with brick accents. The long driveway leads to an asphalt paved back yard with room for 3-5 cars. Custom landscaping features concrete sidewalks with brick accents, a pergola dining area, an abundance of flowering trees, fruit trees, a gas grill, and gas fireplace. The covered front porch is a great place to relax and look out onto your private yard. The living/dining rooms feature a beamed cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, original wood windows, an electric fireplace and a recessed television above the fireplace mantel. Two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, a large exercise room (previously a formal dining room) and a beautiful kitchen with adjacent laundry room complete the floor plan. All appliances are included. DOWNLOAD THE 25+ PAGE HOMEBOOK AND ACCESS ALL THE INSPECTION REPORTS AND SELLER DISCLOSURES IN SUPPLEMENTS. There are no private showings. Open Houses will be held until either an offer is accepted or the property goes to auction on Thursday, November 19th, 2026. PRESENT OFFERS IN ADVANCE TO CANCEL THE AUCTION.
